Class Descriptions
Level 1a (Suitable for the Beginner Student)
You will be introduced to foundation yoga practices that improve overall strength and flexibility, and to the fundamentals of pranayama (breathwork) and methods of relaxation (Yoga Nidra and meditation).
Level 1b (Completion of Level 1a Required)
This class builds on the practices and knowledge developed in Level 1a and introduces the student to Sun Salutation. 8-10 weeks of consistent practice at Level 1a is the prerequisite for this class.
Level 2 (Completion of Level 1a and 1b Required)
For those who have completed at least 10 weeks of Level 1 and are competent in full yogic breathing and are able to sit for 10 minutes of meditation. This class offers a deeper exploration of the yogic practices and requires a sound grasp on the foundation practices taught in Level 1.
Yoga Nidra (No Previous Yoga Experience Required)
Arguably the best hour of your day, a Yoga Nidra class starts with a few releasing postures, some wind-down breathing practices and then deep relaxation.
Stretch & Strengthen (Previous Yoga Experience Required)
A focus on dynamic and standing asanas (yoga postures). This class concludes with yoga nidra. For experienced yoga students who are familiar with Salute to the Sun.
Pre-natal Yoga (No Previous Yoga Experience Required)
Pre-natal Yoga supports you and your baby through pregnancy by strengthening and toning your body. You will valuable skills to help with the demands of pregnancy and child-birth.

You have 5 payment options.
| 5 Class Pass | Attend any 5 classes during a 5 week cycle at your level (or an earlier level). |
| 10 Class Pass | Attend any 10 classes during a 10 week term at your level (or an earlier level). |
| 5 Week Unlimited Pass* | Attend as many classes as you like over a 5 week period. |
| 10 Week Unlimited Pass* | Attend as many classes as you like over a 10 week period. |
| Casual Class Attendance | Attend any class and pay a casual fee. |
When you buy a Class Pass you can come to any class at your level (or an earlier level) at times that are convenient to you. You don’t have to attend the same class every week but you can if you wish. See the table below for specific details of fees.
